Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will include all necessary tracking
information. Each order is provided with a unique tracking number which lets you monitor the progress of you parcel.
Once an order is placed our merchant account runs a series of Fraud Verification Tests to approve the transaction.
In addition to Fraud Verification we call customers to verify the order and make sure it is indeed valid.
We are not responsible if the package is not delivered due to the incorrect shipping address or customer was not
around to pick it up. Customs clearance charge (if any) is at the expense of customer.
Delivery Time
We deliver our products by EMS. Before being shipped your order will be in process up to three workdays.
Inhabitants of the USA, Australia, and South America will get their orders during 5-10 days.
For Europe the delivery will be carried out in 5 or 14 days. On average the delivery time is 7 days.
Please understand that we make no guarantees as to when the package will arrive.
Once the package is shipped we have no control over the speed of delivery, that depends on the carrier.
Shipping Damage
It is the responsibility of the buyer to report any in-transit damage to Courier immediately after receiving.
Please remember to keep all the original packaging and the tracking number for reference.
Once you have filed a claim please email us so we can expedite your reshipment.
Lost Package
If a package did not arrive in 4 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost.
In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those
purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either
propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer.
If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel
the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded. In case of package being lost, there is a 30-day waiting period before refund.
