This is why we have a comprehensive return policy. Our return policy ensures that you will get the replica watches you’ve ordered, or you’ll get your money back.
We aim to ensure a faithful customer base. This means being fully dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you have any problems with your watches you order from us, you simply need to let us know. We will rectify the problem immediately.

Return Procedure

If you notice that there is a problem with the replica watches you receive from us – if there is a defect, if the product doesn’t look right, if it is the wrong watch – the first thing you must do is contact us via email.

We will give you instructions as to where and to whom you will return your unwanted replica watches. Do not return products to sender.

We will ask you which products you are returning. You must have the product and order number for this.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so as to return any unwanted replica watches for an exchange or refund. Please indicate the reason for the return or exchange to receive refund or replacement merchandise. Please include a daytime phone number and email address where you can be reached, should we have any questions. After contacting us you will have up to 14 days to make the return. Otherwise, all purchases are final and we will not accept any returns or issue any refunds.

All returned goods will be sent via courier to China at the expense of the customer. We cannot afford the costs of return shipping. When return shipping you must provide us with a tracking number.

All refunds will be made in the same manner as initial payments (credit card refunds will be applied to the same credit card number as the initial payment)
You receive your package right at your front door!

Please allow us up to 2 weeks after a returned item is received for processing.

Note:
• To get refund or exchange the watch must be in the same condition you received it. We are able to make refund/exchange after receive item back from you only.

• We are unable to exchange items except you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• If you removed any links you must return them with the watch. If any links are missing, your watch will not be exchanged or refunded.

• We cover only manufacturers' defects under warranty. This does not imply intentional damage, or damages caused by general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight to prevent water from penetrating. If we detect any damage caused by the crown not being tight, we are not likely to cover the damage.

• Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages result from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product.

• We cannot accept returns if occur confiscation of your watch by Customs of your Country.

• We cannot accept returns of certain items that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

• We cannot accept returns of certain items that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.

• If we cannot repair the item, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. In most cases, we repair the items having manufacturers' defects.

Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us.

If price of the exchanged item is higher than original purchase, please enclose a payment for the price difference. If the price of the exchanged item is lower, we will issue a refund for the difference in price.

In case of package being lost, there is a 30- day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.

Please allow up to two weeks for exchange to arrive.
