Default Factory Warranty

Dear customer, before buying watch be sure to read the manual instruction and warranty terms as posted on our website.

Seller guarantees proper operation of the products subject to full compliance with the requirements described in the manual.

All watches are presented at our online store, passed the strictest testing to identify defects and congenital malformations, which is an additional guarantee for you.

The service life of a wristwatch, at observance of service regulations - not less than 5 years.

Our online store provides a warranty on watches purchased from us within 6 months from the date of receiving the parcel.

Factory warranty does not cover:

• Simply intentional damage, or damages caused by general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight to prevent water from penetrating. If we detect any damage caused by the crown not being tight, we are not likely to cover the damage.

• Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages result from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product.

If you got any problems with your watch and you want us make a repair:

• Write us an email at stating the problem.

• Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty. We need your order number, and approximate purchase date.

• We will send you a return code in the email. Please, enclose this code to the package. We will as well provide the address where you should send the item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired.

IMPORTANT:

• Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us.

• In the case of manufacturing defects that can not be remedied by repair, is exchanged for a new watch of the same model or refundю
